The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that change of name will no longer be a requirement for married female corps members seeking redeployment.
This was disclosed in a circular signed by the Director of Corps Mobilisation, Abubakar Mohammed, and addressed to directors, acting directors, state coordinators, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) coordinators.
The circular, dated November 25, 2024, and titled “Review of Criteria for Concessional Deployment/Relocation for Married Female Corps Members,” announced the approval of a review in the criteria for granting concessional deployment or relocation to married female corps members.
