National Directorate of Employment Registers Unemployed Jigawa Youths
The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has started the registration of unemployed persons in Jigawa.
NDE’s Coordinator in the state, Alhaji Garba Muhammad disclosed this in Dutse on Tuesday.
He said the exercise would be conducted from April 17 to May 5, at its offices across the 27 local government areas of the state.
“It is part of the NDE’s nationwide registration of unemployed persons to fight unemployment among the populace.
“It will enable the agency to obtain statistical data for policy implementation that will address unemployment and enhance job creation,” he said.
He urged youth and women to avail themselves of the opportunity and register in the state.
