Popular Nigerian comedian Mark Angel has shed light on why he is no longer managing the careers of teen comedians Emmanuella and Success.
The announcement comes amidst recent allegations from former crew member Denilson Igwe, who accused Mark Angel of financial misconduct.
Addressing the situation during a TikTok live session, the comedian clarified that he had decided to relinquish management responsibilities for the young stars.
Mark Angel explained that Emmanuella and Success are now being managed by a professional agency, ensuring that their careers continue to grow under expert guidance.
He reassured fans, however, that he remains actively involved in creative collaborations with the duo, emphasizing his commitment to supporting their success.
According to him: ”There was a time when I managed Emmanuella and Success when they were kids, but I no longer manage them.
“I am too busy to manage them. So, they have an agency that manages them, but I still work with them,” he said.
The comedian went on to say that even if he no longer manages the teenagers, his connection with the girls would not go down and that it is still solid.
He insisted that he would continue to work with them with the same passion that had garnered them recognition.
