Accident Involving Car and Truck Causes Gridlock on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway

In the early hours of Friday, a collision transpired between a car and a truck at the Magboro section of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. Our correspondent, present at the accident site, confirmed that no lives were lost.

The incident involved a Toyota Camry with the license plate SMK 436 GB and a Mercedes-Benz truck with the license plate AKD G43 XM. Occurring around 8:10 am, just before the Magboro bus stop, the car, en route to Ibadan, collided with the truck, which was entering the road.

The aftermath of the accident has led to a traffic gridlock on the inward Ibadan lane of the expressway.
